Super Team Services is an up and coming pest control company in the need of experienced technicians looking to grow in the pest control industry. Must be well-groomed, courteous, very professional, and eager to learn. Previous experience and license is a bonus but not required. A clean criminal record is required (no misdemeanors or felonies). A good driving record is required (no more than one traffic violation in the past 3 years). A background check will be performed on all new hires.

*Summary: This position is responsible for servicing new and current customers providing timely professional indoor and outdoor residential pest control applications. Diagnosing and correcting infestations, deficiencies, and delivering written and verbal professional advice. Builds and maintains market image of quality care and work, excellent customer service, and reliable results. Also, must be comfortable in proposing additional business and services to current and future clients.

*Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route using training provided to ensure the most efficient pest solution for our customers

-Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (Company vehicle and gas card is provided.)

- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross-sell additional services. Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.

- Apply all products according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.

- Respond to customer service requests, address concerns and provide verbal and written communication in a timely manner.

- Maintain a professional image through daily attention to vehicle and equipment maintenance and cleanliness as well as personal, professional appearance.

- Accurately and professionally complete all service-related paperwork.

- Obey all vehicle policies and procedures.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Pest control knowledge including products and service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
