We are;seeking driven, hardworking, and career-minded FUN;Business Development Specialists;for;our Davenport, Iowa office.;This office services the Quad Cities area.;

The;Business Development Specialist;is responsible for effective prospecting of new residential and/or commercial;roofing, siding, and gutter;services;through door to door canvassing as well as top notch communicating with customers.

A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prospect;residential leads for property inspections.
• Handle;referrals in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer free property damage inspections and assessments.
• Maintain acceptable levels of prospecting field activity, referral generation, and closed Roofing, Siding, and Gutter contracts.
• Maintain;proper representation of the R3 brand.
• Execute the trained processes to the best of your ability.
• Aim for complete customer satisfaction and leverage satisfaction for referral business.

Qualifications and Skills

• No knowledge of roofing or construction is required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Drive and determination for exceeding expectations and achieving goals.;
• Learn;our CRM software;and;sales KPI's.;
• Previous experience with sales a plus, but not required.;
• Ability to knock 100-150 doors per day.;
• Ability to;walk 2-3 miles per day.
• Ability to use an iPad;assigned to you by R3.;
