We are;seeking driven, hardworking, and career-minded;Project Managers;for;our Davenport, Iowa office. This office services the Quad Cities area.;

*Roofing experience preferred but not required.

*Insurance based restoration experience preferred but not required.;

What your day looks like:

In this role you will be responsible for building your own book of sales/pipeline. You will be required to knock doors and track your progress through apps and our CRM. You will be inspecting for storm damages on exteriors of properties. Once found you will convince property owners to file a claim with their insurance company. We also provide retail work outside of insurance claims. This is a growth minded position, with career opportunities and advancement. We have training videos and SOPS to help you along your growth process, and to put you in the best position for success.

Requirements:

• Working a minimum of 4 days per week ranging from 9am-7pm and 1 weekend day from 10am-5pm
• Ability to walk 2 to 3 miles a day
• 25-35 hours recommended per week
• Ability;to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely inspect roofs and exteriors of homes and businesses

Supplemental pay types:

• This position is commission based with the average person making anywhere from $50k-$100k/year.
