Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Maintain at least one, but preferably three or more valid state insurance licenses (life or life + health).
• If unlicensed, complete provided self-paced licensing training and requirements within two weeks of hire.
• Complete our self-paced virtual sales training boot camp within three business days of hire (if currently licensed) or passing an insurance exam (if currently unlicensed).
• Attend all team live dial sessions (currently Monday and Thursday mornings) live on Zoom with the camera on.
• Attend all team meetings / training sessions (currently Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings) live on Zoom with camera on.
• Endeavor to set 30 appointments and meet with 30 prospective clients per week. If not met, you MUST show no less than 40 hours weekly effort live on Zoom.
• Track activity and complete reporting requirements using provided forms and tools.
• Remain professional, coachable, and responsive to team communications.
• Attend one in-person summer sales conference and the February annual convention (free to attend - only cost will be your own travel & meal expense).

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen able to pass a criminal background check
• Currently licensed to sell life insurance or able to complete licensing requirements within two weeks of hire
• Reliable telephone, computer, and internet service with ability to work on camera via Zoom
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills
• Self-driven with extreme work ethic
• Humble and coachable
• Native or proficient bilingual skills are not required, but a major plus
