SierTeK Ltd. is seeking Operations Training Support to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA.

Description

  • Develop, draft, and publish both the Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting (REACT) and Airborne Launch Control system (ALCS) Ready ICBM Program (RIP) Tasking Memorandums (RTM) annually.
  • Provide analysis of mid-term and annual RTM reports for all units. Determine and recommend changes/updates to the REACT and/or ALCS RTMs to ensure effective tools for training and evaluations policy.
  • Draft and support production of AFGSC Instructions related to REACT, ALCS, and 576 Flight Test Squadron (FLTS) and associated Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) or Self-Assessment Checklists (SAC) to support crewmember training, evaluations, and operations.
  • Review operational unit Training Review Board (TRB) and Standardization Review Board (SRB) reports and provide analysis and recommendations for adjustments to RTMs.
  • Conduct a detailed review of new or changed publications for impact on crew procedures and advise appropriate offices so any affected documents can be updated.
  • Draft and coordinate responses to ICBM Operations Training, Standardization/Evaluations, and Crew Operations Guidance and Clarification memorandums received from subordinate units.
  • Review and coordinate on ICBM REACT and ALCS Syllabus and workbooks (Commander Upgrade, Mission Lead, Instructor, Evaluator), as needed.
  • Provide technical review of AF Form 1067s processed for the ICBM MPT and APT.
  • Participate in and provide technical advice in support of MPT/APT Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
  • Provide analysis and advice on MPT/APT changes.
  • Attend and support MPT/APT Software Integration Test/Acceptance Test to provide training, evaluation, and crew operations expertise.
  • Prepare and conduct the Operations Training and Evaluation workshop activities to include preparation of the meeting announcement, milestones/schedules, presentation materials, minutes, action items and meeting logistics.
  • Help, advise and coordination for the ICBM Requalification Training (IRT) course. Work with ICBM units and appropriate headquarters agencies to ensure proper sourcing, scheduling, and notification for potential students.
  • Provide technical expertise and analysis of the Master Question File and Boldface on an annual basis. Recommend additions or deletions as
  • Provide support and assistance regarding ICBM Operations Training, Evaluations, and Crew Operations for Nuclear Surety Staff Assistance Visits (NSSAV) and Staff Assistance Visits (SAV), as needed.
  • Provide briefings, papers, reports, memorandums and other documentation as required for the ICBM operations mission.
  • Provide other technical, administrative, and programmatic support within the scope of the PWS as directed by applicable A3 Division Chief.

Qualifications

  • Possess Top Secret clearance.
  • Eligible for SCI clearance.
  • Eligibility for access to: Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information (CNWDI), Restricted Data (RD), Formerly Restricted Data (FRD) and Nuclear Command & Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI).
  • Minimum: 5 years headquarters (MAJCOM, NAF, etc.) staff experience
  • Minimum: 10 years ICBM Operations (13S/13N AFSC) experience.
  • Minimum: 3 years crew member Training and/or Evaluation experience.
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
