Job Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CPI Telecom, you will be a key player in driving our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who is eager to develop their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target companies within our market
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in CPI Telecom’s services
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set up meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads and prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
  • Basic understanding of the telecommunications industry is a plus
