The mission of the Field Sales Representative (FSR) is to support the business development team and our key partners by ensuring a best-in-class customer experience at assigned locations throughout our Costco roadshow program. As a Field Sales Representative (FSR), you will be the face of our brand, engaging with Costco members to provide captivating product demonstrations. Your mission will be to showcase the unique benefits of Lomi and ultimately drive increased sales at events within your assigned territory.

This role will also support our sales organization in a variety of capacities and will be a key contributor in facilitating the growth and scaling of the program.;The ideal candidate would bring their genuine excitement for Lomi’s mission into each event, sharing the possibility of a waste-free future with shoppers. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a social environment and can easily adapt to unique locations. Compensation will be hourly plus uncapped commission. Full-time and Part-time opportunities are available.

The Responsibilities:;

  • Meet or exceed set sales goals for each roadshow event.
  • Set-up and breakdown of Lomi booth at start and conclusion of each roadshow event
  • Check-in with warehouse staff upon arrival and leave a maintained station before leaving for the day
  • Engage with all customers passing by the Lomi booth;
  • Actively promote and drive sales of Lomi products during demonstrations, converting customer interest into purchases;
  • Follow an assigned schedule, given by your manager.
  • Maintain consistent punctuality and communication.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that is consistent with the requirements of the job.
  • Ensure products are displayed properly; demo station is set up to standard and maintain a clean and organized area.
  • Attend training sessions as required;
  • Be the eyes, ears and voice of Lomi within Costco while adhering to all warehouse policies
  • Follow health, safety and privacy guidelines for Lomi and Costco.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that align to the Lomi culture, values and mission
  • Support sales organization with ad-hoc requests and projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sales (experience at Costco or other retail a plus!)
  • Must be friendly, energetic, outgoing, and a “people-person”.;
  • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.;
  • High school diploma or equivalent.;
  • Ability to drive with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed);
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for booth set-up/breakdown
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Roadshows:

Roadshow schedule:

  • Thursday evening- booth set-up (8:30pm-11:30pm)
  • Sales begin Friday post-set-up and last for 10 consecutive days of product demonstration & sales (including weekends).
  • Monday-Friday: 10 hours per day; Saturday-Sunday: 8-9 hours per day
  • Last sales day (10th and final day of the show)- tear-down of booth

Schedule flexibility to work either 10 show days per month or 20 show days per month (not necessarily a full roadshow straight through)

Part-Time: Work equivalent of one roadshow/month (90-100 hours/10 days)

Full-time: Work equivalent of two roadshows/month (180-200 hours/20 days)

Compensation (FT): $44,305-54,000 USD base and overtime+ competitive uncapped commission
