NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Our NeuroRestorative facilities located in Garden Grove and Santa Ana are fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facilities that specialize in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Full-time DAY shift available (Garden Grove): 7:00 am-7:00 pm

Per-Diem shifts available (Garden Grove & Santa Ana)

• DAY shift: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
• NOC shift: 7:00 pm-7:00 am

12-hour shifts w/overtime after 8th hour (4 hours @ time and ½ pay)

Full-time schedule is as follows:

• Week 1: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday
• Week 2: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday
• Repeat

DAY shift LVN rates: $28.00-$31.50 per hour; base pay rate based on experience

• OT past 8th hour;

NOC shift LVN rates: $28.00-$31.50 per hour; base rate based on experience

• $2.00 per hour NOC shift differential
• OT past 8th hour;

Garden Grove, CA

• 15-bed CLHF facility located on Springdale Street
• In-patient residential setting sub-acute rehab
• Ability/option to move into fulltime positions if/when available
• Ability to pick up shifts at any other NeuroRestorative facility
• Ability to transfer to other NeuroRestorative facilities
• Low patient ratio
• On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet;

Santa Ana, CA

• 14-bed CLHF facility located on E. 17th Street
• In-patient residential setting sub-acute rehab
• Ability/option to move into fulltime positions if/when available
• Ability to pick up shifts at any other NeuroRestorative facility
• Ability to transfer to other NeuroRestorative facilities
• Low patient ratio

The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury

• Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
• Monitor and ensure physician orders are documented and carried out as prescribed

Qualifications:

• Current state LPN/LVN License
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
• Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
