Go Behavioral is currently seeking experienced and motivated BCBAs to join our team in Fresno, CA, as our primary base, as well as for home-based positions in Sacramento, CA, and Los Angeles, CA.
As a BCBA with Go Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and supervising the work of behavior technicians.

Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development of new programs relating to the clients' functional and learning needs by creating instructional materials, running programs, collecting data, and assessing clients.
- Maintains daily records, observes records, and reports on the condition and behavior of clients.
- Support the ongoing training and development of all clinical staff's Safety Care training.
- Completes daily BCBA session note signatures within 24 hours and ensures that paperwork and data collection notes are detailed, accurate, consistent, and timely.
- Follows and enforces all policies and procedures, as well as assisting with disciplinary action for all employees under supervision.
- Works well with others and demonstrates the ability to take direction, delegate, communicate, and develop the team through the creation of a positive work environment.
- Follow and support Go Behavioral policies and procedures, including providing necessary training for behavior assistants, RBTs, Program Managers, and/or BCaBAs, as well as communicating these expectations to parents, service providers, and funders as needed.
- Communicate openly with the Regional Coordinator about: a) client availability and limits, b) issues affecting service delivery, and c) other issues that require attention. This includes the Regional Coordinator returning emails and phone calls within 48 business hours.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other service providers to improve and integrate interventions (for example, within IEPs, ISPs, and support plans), communicating verbally and in writing, and attending meetings as needed. This includes responding to caregivers' emails and phone calls within 48 business hours.
- Complete assessments, write reports, updates, and graphs within the timeframes specified, using the Go Behavioral protocol checklist and the behavior plan template as designed.
- Upload behavior plans, plan updates, support plans (if applicable), monthly graphs with current data, and any other client documentation that funding sources require. Go Behavioral on the online system within the timeframes specified by pay sources.
- Develop quarterly or annual reports in accordance with the funder's requirements, ensuring that the quality of life assessment is administered at least every 6 months and caregiver surveys are administered at least yearly.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, Student Analysts, and BCaBAs in accordance with the organization's values and goals.
- Conduct and actively participate in employee training programs aimed at improving overall skills.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Must have current BCBA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferred but not a must.
- Experience developing and implementing behavior plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual is a plus
