Our Family of Companies is seeking an Accounts Receivables Specialist for its Broussard, LA office.

Ideal candidate will possess a strong A/R background, and an enthusiastic, professional attitude and is highly skilled in Excel and accounting applications. This is a high energy, fast paced environment requiring great communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.

Central responsibilities include :

• Accounts Receivable invoicing, collections, credit applications & customer interactions.
• Assisting with Accounts Payable as needed.
• Responding to bank audit requests for documentation related to Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Assisting with reconciliation of General Ledger functions.
• Assist with tasks relating to accounting tasks and processes and reconciliations as requested by CFO.
