Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $55-$60/hr

Required Qualifications
● Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology by NMTCB or ARRT (N).
● American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
● Minimum of 3 years of recent experience performing Nuclear Medicine exams.
● Strong technical knowledge in digital imaging and nuclear medicine procedures.
● Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
The number of cases per day for Nuclear Medicine:;4-8
Key Responsibilities
● Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures including (but not limited to):
○ Bone Scan, Bone Marrow, Brain Scan, Cardiac Stress, CSF Leak, Gastric
Emptying, GI Bleed Scan, Hemangioma Scan, HIDA, Liver/Spleen Scan, Lung
Perfusion/Ventilation, Octreotide Therapy, Parathyroid, Thyroid Scan/Uptake,
Metastatic Survey, and Iodine-131 Therapy (Inpatient & Outpatient).
● Accurately interpret and execute examination requests.
● Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and inter-relationships of major organ
systems.
● Apply proper techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images and scans.
● Evaluate scan quality for diagnostic acceptability and adjust methods to highlight areas
of clinical concern.
● Maintain compliance with VA policies, radiation safety, and infection control standards.
● Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient care.
