  • Educate employees on supplemental health and life insurance options
  • Conduct one-on-one and group enrollments at worksites or virtually
  • Build long-term client relationships (not cold-calling strangers)
  • Help families close coverage gaps left by major medical plans
  • Grow your own book of business—and eventually, your own team if desired
