Little Hope ABA – Making a Difference One Child at a Time

Little Hope ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while making a meaningful impact in families' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by a BCBA

• Collect accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions

• Support the development of communication, social, play, and adaptive skills

• Follow behavior support plans and reinforcement strategies

• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support client progress

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all services
