HBS Digital Operations Team

Location: International Broadcast Centre (IBC), Dallas, Texas, USA

Position: Event-Time (Tournament Period)

Role Overview:

• Support pre-event setup, testing, and event-time ENG workflows
• Ensure reliable content delivery for FIFA Club World Cup 2025 & World Cup 2026
• Assist ENG Workflow Manager with resolving critical issues quickly to maintain HBS delivery to FIFA and media partners

Pre-Event Responsibilities:

• Test and validate ENG platform before deployment
• Engage with HBS teams (Workflow Manager, Venue Managers, Telco Manager) and vendors
• Troubleshoot inject point and connectivity issues
• Set up monitoring tools for real-time workflow tracking

Event-Time Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support ENG systems during live events
• Resolve critical workflow issues with ENG Workflow Manager
• Collaborate with ENG crews, production, and digital teams
• Provide on-site technical support if needed

Post-Event Responsibilities:

• Assist with reporting and performance reviews
• Recommend improvements for future events

Technical Skills:

• File-based media workflow experience
• Networking & file transfer basics (SMB, FTP, etc.)
• Knowledge of video file transport
• Familiarity with tools like Signiant, Aspera, FileCatalyst (preferred)
• Comfortable with PC/Mac and wired/wireless networking

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Team player across international teams
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
