Role_overview: Serve as a Program Analyst specializing in Identity Data Management (IDM) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IDM systems that ensure secure and efficient identity and access management across the organization.
Primary_responsibilities: Analyze and document IDM program requirements and workflows; Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and optimize identity management solutions; Monitor and report on IDM system performance and compliance; Conduct data quality assessments and resolve identity data discrepancies; Support IDM system upgrades and integration projects; Develop training materials and provide user support for IDM tools; Participate in risk assessments related to identity and access management.
Required_Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience with identity and access management programs or data management roles; Strong knowledge of IDM systems, such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar platforms; Proficiency in data analysis and SQL; Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred_Qualifications: Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001); Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP services; Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell; Certification in identity management or project management (e.g., CISM, PMP); Prior experience working in federal or highly regulated environments.
