Join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994.

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide high-quality clinical services to our patients in Long Island, New York. As a leading provider of Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers, we are committed to improving the quality of life for our older adult patients.

Roles We Offer:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitoner (PMHNP)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, using evidence-based treatments to improve mental health outcomes.

You will:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment progress
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care

Requirements:

  • One of the following: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) credentials, including licensure in the state of New York
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
