JobFairX was founded by Scott Lobenberg, a pioneer in the job fair industry. In 2001, Scott launched National Career Fairs, which scaled to over 350 in-person events annually across the U.S. In 2006, he partnered with Monster.com to deliver co-branded national hiring events. After selling the company in 2014, Scott returned to reimagine job fairs for the digital era — and JobFairX was born.
